Wild arugula

Latin name: Diplotaxis tenuifolia

Wild arugula is a flavorful and aromatic leafy vegetable with narrow, dark green leaves and an intense, peppery flavor. It is more flavorful than regular arugula and is often used in salads, on pizzas, in pasta dishes and as an accompaniment to carpaccio and cheese.
