Terms of purchase for Odlariket
These terms and conditions apply when you shop at Odlariket.se. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before shopping.

Generally
Odlariket.se is owned and operated by Odlariket. We offer sales to private individuals within Sweden and Europe, and all prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, as well as to correct any printing errors, final sales or technical problems that may affect the information on our website. -
Ordering
When you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If something seems wrong with your order, please contact us immediately at info@odlariket.se . The order will only become binding when it is confirmed and the goods have been shipped. -
Payment
We partner with Klarna to offer secure and smooth payments. You can choose from the following payment options: - Invoice

Delivery
We deliver within Sweden.
Shipping cost:
- Flat fee of SEK 26. Free shipping on orders over SEK 26*
- Rest of Europe 39 SEK. Free shipping on orders over 100 SEK*
Delivery time: Your order will usually be shipped within 2-4 business days. During peak season, delivery time may be slightly longer.
*Applies to purchases of only seeds and minor accessories.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you and offer an equivalent product or refund.

Ordering conditions for pre-ordered plants
When you pre-order seedlings from Odlariket, the following conditions apply:

Advance payment
- All pre-orders of plants must be paid in advance before delivery.
- Payment must reach us no later than the due date stated on the invoice.

Delivery
- The plants are delivered according to the delivery date specified in the order.
- We strive to ship the plants in the order in which the orders were placed.
- Changes in delivery dates may occur depending on growing and weather conditions. In the event of delays, the customer will be informed in good time.

Cancellation and refund
- Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before scheduled delivery. After this, the order is binding and no refund will be given.
- If Odlariket is unable to deliver the plants for any reason, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

Complaints
- If the plants are damaged upon delivery, this must be reported no later than 24 hours after receipt.
- Complaints are sent with a picture of the plants to our customer service via email.

Guarantee for live plants
We offer a guarantee on our live plants (seedlings, bulbs, tubers and roots) to ensure that you receive healthy and viable products. The guarantee is valid under the following conditions:
- The plant is delivered in a condition that ensures it has all the conditions to develop normally.
- The plant matches the product description on our website.
- The plant has the size stated in the product description, with a maximum deviation of +/- 15%.
The warranty applies provided that:
- The plant is collected immediately from the delivery location or, if delivered to your home, is received as soon as possible.
- The plant is claimed within a reasonable time and with all necessary information.
- The plant is planted according to the enclosed instructions or according to the instructions found on our website.
To advertise a plant:
- Please contact us by the next business day, preferably with pictures and all the information below.
- We cannot take responsibility for how the plant develops after it is received, so it is important that you take care of the plant immediately.
In order to process the complaint, we need the following:
- Description of the reason for the complaint.
- Description of which plant(s) is/are affected.
- Detailed description of the damage and pictures of the plant and packaging.
- Pictures of the plant as a whole and close-ups of the damage.

Transport damage
If you discover any damage during shipping, it must be reported immediately to the carrier and to us via email: info@odlariket.com . If the damage is discovered after you have opened the package, report the item to both the carrier and us.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, contact us at info@odlariket.se .
Conditions for the right of withdrawal:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You as the customer are responsible for return shipping.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to live plants or opened packages of seeds.
If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Missed or Delayed Delivery
If you have not received your package or any notification within 2-3 business days, we recommend that you search for details of your shipment using the tracking number. Sometimes the notification may have been missed, or incorrect address information may have caused problems. Contact your delivery location and provide the tracking number for assistance in tracking your delivery.
To follow and track your packages, we recommend that you use the PostNord App or equivalent for our other shipping providers.
Unclaimed Shipment / Returned Shipment
Packages normally remain at the delivery point or terminal for 14 days (7 days for packages containing plants) before being returned to us.
If the shipment is returned to us because it was not collected, was refused collection or has an incorrect address, a fee of SEK 49 will be charged for letter items and at least SEK 269 for regular packages.
For Home Packages and heavier, bulky goods sent as Gropage/groupage or pallet, the actual transportation cost will be charged.
Complaint
If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@odlariket.se and attach pictures of the damage. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping and send a new item or refund the amount.
Personal information
We handle your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Your data is only used to handle your order and communication. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility when growing
We test our seeds to ensure quality and germination. Since growing results are affected by many factors, such as light, nutrition and watering, we cannot guarantee the outcome of the cultivation.
