Garden sorrel 'Broadleaved'
Latin name: Rumex acetosa L.
Sorrel 'Broadleaved' is a perennial, fast-growing leafy vegetable with large, broad leaves and a fresh, tart taste. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and is often used in salads, soups, sauces and as a flavoring in fish dishes. The leaves can be harvested continuously throughout the season.
