Spinach 'Winter Giant'
Latin name: Spinacia oleracea L.
Spinach 'Winterriesen' is a cold-resistant and high-yielding variety that produces large, dark green leaves with a mild and fresh taste. It is perfect for salads, smoothies, soups and cooking. The variety is especially adapted for autumn and winter sowing and can be harvested over a long period.
