Latin name: Lactuca sativa L.

Lettuce 'Little Gem' is a compact and fast-growing romaine lettuce that forms small, firm heads with crispy, sweet leaves. It is perfect for salads, sandwiches and grilling. The variety is hardy and can be grown for much of the year.
