Latin name: Cucurbita maxima L.
Ornamental pumpkin 'Hubbard Blue' is a beautiful and large-growing variety with a blue-gray, knobby skin and sweet, orange flesh. It is used both as a decorative autumn pumpkin and in cooking, where its soft and aromatic flesh is perfect for soups, purees and baking.
