1. Which payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept payments via Klarna, where you can pay by invoice, card payment, direct payment or partial payment.
2. What is the delivery time for my order?
Answer: Delivery usually takes place within 2-4 working days. During high season it may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your order is shipped.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Yes, we offer free shipping on all seed packages for purchases over SEK 26 in Sweden.
4. Can I return live plants?
Answer: Unfortunately, live plants cannot be returned due to their sensitivity and because they are fresh produce.
