California Wonder is a popular and robust variety of sweet pepper that is suitable for both outdoor cultivation and greenhouses. The fruits are square, medium in size and have 6–7 mm thick, juicy pulp. The delicate red pepper can be eaten immediately after harvest, stored, or used to make pickles and other preserves.

Cultivation tips
