• Packaging: 3 g seeds
• Sowing time: Year-round (indoors)
• Sowing depth: Surface sowing, press lightly against the soil but do not cover

• Location: Bright, preferably in a window or under a grow light

How to grow:

1. Spread the seeds evenly over moist soil or growing mat.
2. Press the seeds down lightly, but do not cover them. Keep moist with a spray bottle.
3. Place in the dark for the first 3–4 days for better germination.
4. Move to a bright location when the sprouts begin to grow.
5. Harvest when the leaves are 5–10 cm tall by cutting them off at the base.

Uses: Perfect for salads, sandwiches, pasta dishes, soups and as a decorative and tasty topping.
