Latin name: Rumex sanguineus L.
Acid 'Red-Veined' is a decorative and flavorful microgreen variety with light green leaves and beautiful red veins. It has a fresh, acidic flavor with a slight citrus-like note, perfect for salads, sandwiches, soups and garnishes.
Cultivation information:
