Melon 'Amarillo Canario' is a mid-season, high-yielding variety that produces oval, smooth fruits with a bright yellow skin. The flesh is pale yellow, juicy and has a sweet, mild taste. The variety can be grown both in greenhouses and outdoors in warmer climates.
