Swiss chard 'Rhubarb Chard'
Latin name: Beta vulgaris L.
Mangold 'Rhubarb Chard' is a decorative and tasty variety with deep red stems and dark green leaves. It has a mild and slightly nutty flavor and is excellent for both fresh consumption and cooking. The leaves can be used like spinach while the juicy stems can be cooked like asparagus or rhubarb.
