Chinese cabbage 'Capitol H'
Latin name: Brassica rapa L.
Chinese cabbage 'Capitol H' is a fast-growing, high-yielding and compact variety with juicy, crispy leaves and a mild, sweet flavour. It is ideal for salads, stir-fries and fermentation (e.g. kimchi).
