Japanese Pak Choi

Latin name: Brassica rapa var. chinensis

Japanese Pak Choi is a fast-growing and nutritious leafy vegetable with juicy, crispy stems and dark green leaves. It has a mild, slightly sweet flavor and is often used in stir-fries, soups, salads and steamed dishes. The variety is cold-hardy and can be grown both spring and fall for a continuous harvest.
