Cucumber 'Wisconsin' is a robust and hardy cucumber variety known for its elongated, dark green fruits. This variety performs well both in greenhouses and outdoors, producing high yields of cucumbers with a crisp and juicy texture. It is particularly popular for both fresh consumption and pickling, as its fruits retain their good taste even after pickling. 'Wisconsin' has strong disease resistance and produces stable yields throughout the growing season.

Sowing time: February–March (pre-cultivation), April–May (direct sowing outdoors)
Planting: Plant out after last frost, usually in late May
Sowing depth: 1–2 cm
Plant spacing: 30–40 cm between plants, 60–70 cm between rows
Location: Full sun, well-drained and nutrient-rich soil
Harvest time: July–September
Run at 10-12 cm for best taste and texture.
Use:
'Wisconsin' is perfect for both pickling and fresh use. It is excellent for use in salads, sandwiches, or for making pickles and pickled cucumbers.
