Mash lettuce 'Trophy'
Latin name: Valerianella locusta
Field lettuce 'Trophy' is a fast-growing and cold-resistant variety with small, round and scaly leaves that have a mild and nutty taste. It is perfect for salads, sandwiches and as a nutritious supplement during the winter. The variety can be grown both outdoors and in greenhouses and gives a rich harvest even at low temperatures.

- Sowing time: March–September (outdoors) or September–October for autumn/winter harvest
