Latin name: Brassica oleracea L.

Kale 'Westlandse Winter' is a robust and cold-resistant variety that develops heavily curly, dark green leaves. It is especially adapted for winter cultivation and becomes sweeter in taste after frost. Perfect for salads, soups, wok and kale chips.
