Latin name: Melissa officinalis L.

Lemon balm is a perennial and aromatic herb with fresh green leaves and a mild lemon scent. It is easy to grow and is often used in teas, salads, desserts and as a flavoring in food and drinks. The plant is also popular with pollinators such as bees and butterflies.
