'Delta' is a fast-growing and hardy cauliflower variety that produces compact, white and fine cauliflower heads. It is particularly popular for its ability to develop quickly under the right conditions and is good for both early and late harvest. It has a mild flavour and a firm texture, making it perfect for boiling, steaming or using in soups and gratins.
