Eggplant Tsakoniki
Description:
Tsakoniki is an eggplant variety that is adapted for growing in greenhouses but can also be grown outdoors. The fruits are club-shaped with a whitish-purple skin that encloses a white and tender pulp. This aubergine is perfect for roasting, grilling or using in stews and fried dishes.

How to grow Eggplant Tsakoniki from seed
