Amaranthus cruentus – about 200 plants

A stately and colourful plant with long, upright flower spikes in a deep red shade , Amaranth 'Garnet Red' is just as beautiful in flower beds and arrangements as in bouquets , both fresh and dried.
In addition to its ornamental value, it is also edible – the small red leaves are decorative and mild in salads, while the larger leaves can be easily blanched and used like spinach.
