Description:
Montana pepper is a sweet and conical variety that has become popular with gardeners and allotment owners alike. It is known for its high productivity and is suitable for both open field and tunnel cultivation. The fruits are triangular, large and average 16 cm long and weigh about 160 g. The thick, fleshy and juicy wall makes the Montana pepper perfect for raw consumption. In addition, the color of the skin changes during the ripening process: from light yellow to yellow-red with decorative stripes, to finally become dark red at full maturity.

Cultivation tips:

1. Sowing:

   • Move the plants to a plastic tunnel at the end of May, or plant outdoors later when the danger of frost is over.

   • Montana pepper thrives best in humus-rich, moderately heavy and warm soil with good drainage.

   • Fertilize to promote growth and fruit set.

5. Harvest:
