Allium tuberosum

A mild and aromatic herb with flat leaves and a light garlic scent . Chinese chives are annuals in our climate but are easy to grow both in the garden and in pots . The taste is reminiscent of regular chives – but with an extra twist!

Perfect in Asian dishes, egg dishes and salads , or as a tasty decoration. The leaves can be frozen to preserve the flavor. The variety is KRAV-labeled and grown with consideration for the environment.
