Latin name: Petroselinum crispum L.

Parsley 'Amsterdamse Snij' is a fast-growing and high-yielding flat-leaf variety with an intense flavour and aroma. It has a compact growth habit and produces abundant soft, dark green leaves that are excellent for fresh consumption, drying and freezing.
