Arugula

Latin name: Eruca sativa Mill.

Arugula is a fast-growing and aromatic leafy vegetable with a spicy, peppery flavor. The leaves are dark green, lobed and rich in vitamins. It is perfect in salads, on sandwiches, in pesto or as a topping on pizza and pasta.
