Squash 'Patisson Custard White'
Latin name: Cucurbita pepo L.
'Patisson Custard White' is a decorative and productive variety of summer squash that produces flat, bowl-shaped white fruits with a mild, nutty flavor. The fruits are ideal for frying, grilling, gratins or pickling. They are best harvested when they are 7–12 cm in diameter to have a firm and juicy texture.
