Squash 'Bianca di Trieste'

Latin name: Cucurbita pepo

Squash 'Bianca di Trieste' is an Italian, fast-growing variety that produces light green, almost white fruits with a smooth and juicy texture. It has a mild and delicate flavor, perfect for grilling, gratins, soups and salads. The variety is high-yielding and gives the best harvest when the fruits are harvested young.
