Coriandrum sativum L. – 10g

Aromatic herb with fresh, green leaves and a distinctive flavor that fits perfectly in Asian, Latin American and Middle Eastern-inspired cooking. Used fresh in salads, stews, chicken dishes, sauces and salsas.

– Under glass: mid-March to October
– Outdoors: mid-April to August
Sowing depth: 1–1.5 cm
Row spacing: 20–30 cm
Plant spacing after thinning: 10–15 cm
Germination time: about 14 days
Location: Sun to partial shade
Harvest: After about 4–6 weeks

Thin out too vigorous plants. Harvest the leaves regularly to prolong growth – a tasty classic in many kitchens!
