Amsoi – Red

Latin name: Brassica juncea

Amsoi 'Red' is a colorful Asian leaf vegetable with reddish leaves that add both flavor and color to salads and stir-fries. It has a mild, mustard-like flavor and can be harvested multiple times from the same plant. Both the young leaves and the mature plants are edible.

    – Outdoors: mid-July to early September
