Sprouted seeds - Radish 'Spicy Mix'

Latin name: Raphanus sativus

Radish 'Spicy Mix' is a mix of fast-growing radish sprouts with a spicy, peppery flavor. Perfect for adding an extra heat to salads, sandwiches, wraps and Asian dishes. Contains a mix of varieties that produce both green and reddish-purple stems for a beautiful color combination.

Cultivation instructions:

  • Soaking: Place the seeds in water for 6–8 hours.
  • Germination time: 4–6 days.
  • Rinsing: Rinse 2 times a day with fresh water.
  • Cultivation method:
    • Best grown in a germination jar, germination tray or on a moist substrate such as cotton or soil.
    • Requires good air circulation to avoid mold.
  • Location: Bright but not in direct sun.
  • Harvest: When the sprouts are 4–6 cm long, rinse thoroughly and store in the refrigerator.

Uses: Perfect in salads, wraps, sandwiches and as a spicy topping on hot and cold dishes.
