Latin name: Cymbopogon flexuosus

Lemongrass is a tropical, perennial herb with long, narrow leaves and an intensely fresh lemon scent. It is often used in Asian cooking, especially in soups, curries and teas. In addition, lemongrass has antibacterial and soothing properties and is also used in natural oils and teas.

Cultivation tips:

• Harvest by cutting off the outer stems when the plant has grown.
