Cauliflower 'Erfurt'

Latin name: Brassica oleracea var. botrytis

Cauliflower 'Erfurt' is an early and compact variety that develops medium-sized, firm, white heads. It has a mild and creamy taste and is perfect for fresh consumption, steaming, gratins, soups and pickles. The variety is known for its even growth and good resistance to weather changes.
